What shipping options do you offer?

We offer standard (USPS) and express (FedEx) shipping options.

How long does shipping take?

Fine jewelry:

  • Standard Shipping (USPS)
    Production time: 5–7 business days 
    Shipping time: 2-3 business days 

  • Express Shipping (FedEx)
    Production time: 2–5 business days
    Shipping time: 1-2 business days


Custom pieces:

  • Production time: 3–4 weeks
  • Express shipping (FedEx): 1–2 business days

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unworn and unused items.

Can I return a custom piece?

Due to the personalized nature of custom work, Custom pieces are final sale and cannot be returned.
